Double-Take Software would like to invite you to participate in the Double-Take Beta Program. The beta program is one of the most critical factors in the success of a product. We highly value your opinion and feedback on the features included in the release, how well they work in your environment, and how we might improve the product.

Beta Program Requirements
As a participant in the beta program you will have a first-hand look at new product features and you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback on any possible issues and improvements. All we ask is that you make an effort to participate by doing the following:

• Installing the product within 10 business days of receiving it.
• Reporting defects and suggestions during beta testing using the beta discussion group and InfoXchange site
• Retesting defects you report when new beta code is released
• Answering survey questions
• Providing overall feedback to Product Management on stability, reliability and readiness of product for the marketplace
• Providing feedback regarding product documentation and help systems
• Running beta only on test equipment in your test environment

Beta Program Advantages
In addition to the requirements beta program participants have many advantages. You will have:

• Early access to product code
• Involvement in the development cycle which includes the ability to influence enhancements
• Technical Support throughout the duration of the beta test period
• Product training sessions
• The ability to rollout the product in your production environment immediately upon customer release
• Relationship -building opportunities with other beta sites
• Resulting knowledge gained on the beta test program

Becoming a Beta site
Simply complete the form below to participate in the Double-Take Beta Program. Your request will be reviewed by the appropriate Product Manager and upon acceptance into the program you will receive an email with:

• A link to the discussion forums
• Your account ID and temporary password
• Activation code for the beta copy
• Activation code expiration date
