Workload Availability Services: is designed to provide on-site implementation and configuration of Double-Take Availability, including GeoCluster functionality, to provide high availability to one or more business critical workloads including common applications such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle.

Workload Backup Services: is designed to provide on-site implementation and configuration of continuous full server backup, hardware independent restoration, and point in time backup and recovery of business critical workloads and applications.

Workload Flexibility Services: is designed to provide onsite implementation and configuration of Double-Take® Flex to enable workload provisioning of workstations and/or servers to PXE boot directly from an iSCSI device hosted on a Double-Take Flex server.

Workload Migration Services: is designed to provide onsite expertise to migrate data and applications between any combination of physical and virtual hardware for hardware migrations or across locations for datacenter migrations and/or centralized consolidations.

Health Check and FailSafe Recovery Service: is designed to review, validate and upgrade a current Double-Take Software environment, make best practice recommendations, assist with exercising failover testing, and/or provide immediate onsite recovery assistance in the event of a disaster.

Remote Configuration Assistance Service: Is a professional service engagement for configuration assistance of Double-Take for a pair of Microsoft Windows Servers. This scheduled engagement provides the customer with a block of dedicated time where terminology, configuration and relevant application notes are reviewed in detail as the initial mirror is configured.

Environment Preparation Service: Environment Preparation services are designed to streamline the process of deploying a Double-Take Software solution by assisting in the provisioning and installation of target servers, either physical or virtual.

Project Management: Providing high-level Double-Take Software certified project management expertise using a proven methodology to coordinate and supervise solution planning and deployment.

Staff Augmentation: A 'best practice' engagement targeted for accounts that require additional staffing resources for a Double-Take® and/or GeoCluster® enterprise wide deployment. The advantage of staffing a certified Double-Take engineer is to reach compliance certification testing sooner, compile custom documentation for internal company certification with Double-Take and quicker deployment of overall pilot and or enterprise rollout.
