The Double-Take Service Provider Licensing Agreement (SPLA) Program
The Double-Take Service Provider Licensing Agreement (SPLA) provides greater flexibility when licensing Double-Take® Software products to customers in a dedicated or shared hosting environment. Enrolled providers can manage the services and Double-Take Software product use rights for their customers. The SPLA program offers a monthly use based licensing payment structure. Enrolled providers pay for only what they authorize customers to use the previous month.
